NJ Prog-Rock group "Serious Matters" Released an outstanding single on June 8th, and we're going to take a minute to talk about why it's so great. So, let's take a quick look at "Used", from our good friends at Serious Matters. Right off the bat, fans of Serious Matters will see that this track is much heavier than what was featured on their "Can You See the Sky From Here" Ep. "Used" is heavy and energetic to the same level of enthusiasm that keeps the band on everyone's radar. "Used" combined intense vocals with pounding drums and chunky Guitar Riffs, It's very reminiscent of 2010s metal-core, but with less repetition and more focus on lyrics. Lyrically, this is such an excellent track, so much raw emotion and passion behind the vocalist incredible screams.
