"Call it What you Will" is, on the surface, a record that captures the smooth and cool tones of the summer time in a way that's as nostalgic and fun as many other inspired records we've had the pleasure of listening to here at Polaris DIY, which brings me to my second point...beneath the surface"Call it What you Will" is an inspired and fresh entry to our DIY Summer Playlist and it should absolutely be on yours too. Ciarra Fragale comes out swinging with "There is a Fire Burning" and keeps the sparks flying throughout the entire release. The record opening sets the comforting summertime vibe the rest of the record holds onto and shares with the listener throughout. The energy and good vibes continue to pick up with "Miss That" and solidify with "If Looks Could Kill", which I believe to be one of the best take away tracks from the record as a whole. We highly, highly, recommend you check out "Call it What you Will" and encourage your friends to also give the record a listen to. It's a record that, once again, truly does capture the essence of Summer and the emotions and experiences that make their way during the summer time. It's a record to play on nice long car rides with the windows down and the warm night air tickling your face, you and three friends cruising the shore looking for your next mark on history, be it exciting or nerve wrecking.
